Kyoshi Leavitt and his
wife Theresa, founded Business Leaders National, Inc., a Consulting Company, in
1996. Business Leaders strives to excel at all aspects of business consultation,
and has recently expanded to include Mark Keith, a Safety Engineer and Brian
Zeeff, who has Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in
Psychology.
This expansion has
propelled Business Leaders National to a level of Violence Prevention Education
that is unprecedented.
Achieve
Foundation, Inc.
Kyoshi Leavitt is
dedicated to helping at risk youth. He is co-founder of Achieve
Foundation, with his wife and business manager, Theresa. Achieve Foundation
has obtained 501(c)(3) status and is currently applying for grants and
attempting to establish locations in Missouri and Nationwide for At-Risk
Youth.
Achieve Foundation
is also attempting to expand the use of the 501(c)(3) status to encompass
also serving at-risk women in the form of obtaining grants to hold Self
Defense and Rape Prevention Seminars Nationwide. Stay tuned for more

According to this same report, Forcible Rape in Cities of a million or more
population, has increased by a STAGGERING 6.5 Percent and in Cities with
populations of 100 - 249 thousand the increase is 6.4 Percent!

The

Our
Team will assist your company in the design and implementation of an effective
protection and prevention program, (or as warranted, existing program
evaluation and update) including
development of reporting procedures, non-violent conflict resolution, basics of
identification of potential perpetrators, identification and implementation of
needed security measures as well as instruction in basic self defense tactics
for all employees.
All
workshop participants will receive a certificate of attendance. Business Leaders
will keep Management informed of relevant State, Federal and Industry Specific
updates as they become available.

Rocky Leavitt will instruct all Self Defense Workshops.
Kyoshi
Leavitt has dedicated 30 years to the study and practice of all common Okinawan
Weapons, Kata and Technique. He and his wife, Theresa, are the founders of
Business Leaders National, Inc. Kyoshi Leavitt is also the Founder and Head
Instructor of
Ken Bu Kai and of Ken Bu Kan. He also holds a 7th
Degree Black Belt in two other Associations.
Kyoshi
Leavitt founded his own school, Ken Bu Kan, in Lee's Summit Mo in the early
1980's which he ran until his retirement in 1998. At that time his focus turned
to Weapons Instruction and Self Defense, in the form of seminars for established
Martial Artists, dedicated private students and stand alone self defense
seminars for non-martial artists.
Kyoshi
Leavitt has conducted Training programs for organizations including the Lee's
Summit Police Department, Southwestern Bell, and Metro Security.

Keith will provide Safety and Reporting Consultation and Prevention Program
development.
Mr.
Keith is a safety engineer with over 20 years of experience with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Industrial Safety and is a Certified Hazard Control
Manager. Mr. Keith's experience includes accident
investigation, training, facility, design and process evaluation and cost
effective controls. Mr. Keith has also been intimately involved
with Six Sigma, Voluntary Protection Programs and ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
programs. Mr. Keith is also a Black Belt in Kyoshi Leavitt’s Association.
